we are currently seeking experienced and reliable warehouse workers/forklift operators to join our team in romania. as a warehouse worker/forklift operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. your primary responsibility will be operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and products, ensuring that they are stored and organized in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.

responsibilities:

operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse facility, ensuring safe and efficient handling.

load and unload shipments from trucks and containers, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.

stack and arrange products and materials in designated storage areas using forklifts and other appropriate equipment.

inspect and maintain forklifts and other machinery used in the warehouse, reporting any defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.

collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to goods or property.

maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, disposing of waste, and organizing shelves and racks.

assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, identifying discrepancies, and updating records accordingly.

comply with company policies and procedures, including quality standards and deadlines.

adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent.

valid forklift operator certification/license.

proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment.

strong knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures.

ability to operate various types of forklifts, such as counterbalance, reach, or pallet jack.
