ABOUT THE ROLE
Poland has emerged as a major logistics hub for Central and Eastern Europe, with some of the world's largest e-commerce warehouses based in Warsaw. We are hiring Warehouse and Logistics Associates for a rapidly growing fulfilment centre. This role is ideal for candidates who are physically active, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the European logistics sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving incoming goods, verifying against delivery notes, and storing in designated locations
• Picking customer orders accurately from shelving systems using handheld scanners
• Packing, labelling, and preparing orders for courier dispatch within SLA timelines
• Operating manual pallet trucks and electric pump trucks safely
• Assisting with forklift operations if in possession of a valid forklift licence
• Participating in routine stock counts and inventory reconciliation
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of warehouse aisles and work areas
• Reporting discrepancies, damages, or missing stock to the warehouse supervisor
• Following Polish occupational health and safety (BHP) regulations at all times
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 10th standard education; ITI or diploma an advantage
• 0-2 years of warehouse, logistics, or factory experience
• Basic English or Polish communication (verbal instructions)
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 kg
• Comfortable working in both heated and ambient temperature environments
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit for active role
• Age between 20 and 42 years preferred
• Valid passport; work authorisation for Poland required or arranged by employer
