Job Description

waitress/ waiter job duties:

• waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front of the house duties and collecting the bill.

• take accurate food and drinks orders, using a pos ordering software.

• serve food and drinks

• up-sell additional products when appropriate.

• follow all relevant health department regulations.

• provide excellent customer service to guests.

• minimum 2 years experience in the same position

• waitress/ waiter skills and qualifications:

• no formal education required, physical strength, physical stamina, attention to detail, ability to multitask, written and verbal communication, customer service skills, interpersonal communication, teamwork, ability to work under pressure, positive attitude.
