Hiring For Waiter

We are seeking an experienced waiter to join our team in the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

- **Order Taking:** Accurately take food and drink orders from customers and communicate these orders to the kitchen staff promptly.

- **Serving Food and Beverages:** Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all items are presented well and meet the restaurant's standards.

- **Cleaning and Maintenance:** Keep the tables, dining area, and utensils clean and organized throughout the shift, including resetting tables for the next guests.

- **Handling Payments:** Process customer payments efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with kitchen staff and other waiters to ensure efficient service and a smooth flow of operations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of food and beverage service. A 12th-grade education is required. Good communication skills in English or Czech are essential to interact with both customers and staff. We expect a friendly demeanor, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be punctual, well-groomed, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
