Job nature-Work from Office.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Resolve customer queries via calls.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Making sure that customer's issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Candidates must be very fluent in English

Shift- Night Shift (9 Pm- 7 Am)
