key responsibilities:

configure and maintain voip systems (., cisco, avaya, asterisk)

monitor call performance and troubleshoot issues like latency, jitter, and packet loss

manage pbx systems, sip trunks, and voice gateways

collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless voice-data integration

implement and maintain voice security protocols and compliance standards

document system configurations, changes, and incident resolutions
