We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our team in Tiruvallur. This role requires a strong understanding of VMC machines and a commitment to ensuring high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up VMC Machines: Prepare and configure Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for production runs, ensuring all settings are accurate for the required specifications.

- Monitor Machine Operations: Keep a close watch on the machining process to detect any issues that arise, making adjustments as needed to maintain the quality of the output.

- Conduct Routine Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on VMC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure they operate at peak performance.

- Quality Checks: Inspect finished products for quality and precision, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production results, and maintenance activities to support traceability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in operating and setting VMC machines. A diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is necessary.

We expect candidates to have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
