We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to join our team in Tiruvallur. This role requires a strong understanding of VMC machines and a commitment to ensuring high-quality production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up VMC Machines:** Prepare and configure Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for production runs, ensuring all settings are accurate for the required specifications.

- **Monitor Machine Operations:** Keep a close watch on the machining process to detect any issues that arise, making adjustments as needed to maintain the quality of the output.

- **Conduct Routine Maintenance:** Perform regular checks and maintenance on VMC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure they operate at peak performance.

- **Quality Checks:** Inspect finished products for quality and precision, using measuring tools to ensure they meet the required standards.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of machine settings, production results, and maintenance activities to support traceability and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in operating and setting VMC machines. A diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is necessary.
