Jay Jalaram Precision Component LLP are looking for a skilled **VMC Operator** to operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines and produce quality components as per engineering drawings.

Job Responsibilities

* Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.

* Load and unload jobs and ensure proper clamping.

* Read and understand engineering drawings.

* Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments.

* Maintain required quality standards during production.

* Monitor machine performance and report any issues.

* Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of **Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge**.

* Knowledge of **Fanuc Controller**.

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Basic understanding of machining processes and quality standards.

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualification

* ITI Machinist/Turner or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

* Experience as a VMC Operator is preferred.
