A Study Visa Counselor guides students through the end-to-end process of studying abroad, including university selection, application filing, and visa documentation. Key duties include providing expert advice on immigration laws, verifying applicant documentation, ensuring compliance with university requirements, and helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling: Advise students on suitable courses, universities, and destinations (., Canada, UK, Australia) based on their profile.

Visa Assistance: Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring all documents are accurate and complete.

Documentation: Handle application forms, SOPs (Statements of Purpose), and financial documents.

Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing international immigration laws and visa policies.

Follow-up & Support: Maintain accurate records, provide regular updates on application status, and assist with pre-departure, travel, and accommodation queries.

Sales & Targets: Meet individual and team targets for student enrollments.
