key responsibilities:

client consultation:

conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their migration goals, preferences, and eligibility.

analyze client profiles, education, work experience, and language proficiency to recommend suitable visa options.

visa options presentation:

present and explain available visa options, their requirements, and the potential benefits and challenges.

provide clients with clear and accurate information to make informed decisions.

application assistance:

assist clients in preparing and compiling required documentation for visa applications.

review client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.

immigration regulations:

stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes in various destination countries.

ensure clients are aware of any changes that may impact their migration plans.

client relationship management:

maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

foster strong relationships to earn client trust and loyalty.

application submission:

submit visa applications accurately and in a timely manner, following proper procedures.

track application progress and keep clients informed about their status.
