key responsibilities:

respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

provide accurate product and service information.

resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

previous customer service experience (remote experience a plus).

excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

proficiency with customer service software and crm tools.
