Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can independently handle end-to-end video editing tasks. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, visual composition, and platform-specific content creation, while collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality video content.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand and project objectives
Add background music, voice overs, sound effects, captions, and graphics as required
Perform color correction, basic color grading, and visual enhancements for consistent output quality
Create and optimize video content for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and paid campaigns
Work closely with marketing, content, design, and social media teams to understand briefs and creative direction
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently from stakeholders and senior team members
Maintain proper organization of video files, raw footage, assets, and project timelines
Ensure all videos adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging tone
Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates, and compression techniques
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Strong time-management and communication skills
