Key Responsibilities
• Configure, operate, and maintain video conferencing systems and related hardware/software.
• Schedule and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events.
• Provide real-time technical support during video conferences.
• Ensure optimal audio-visual quality and connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate video conferencing tools with existing platforms.
• Train employees on best practices for using video conferencing tools.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.).
• Familiarity with AV equipment and network connectivity.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
