As an AV Engineer in Bangalore, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual systems in various settings. You will work closely with clients and team members to deliver top-notch AV solutions.Key Responsibilities:- System Installation: Set up and install audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, and sound systems, to ensure they are functioning properly for different events.- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support during events to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with AV equipment quickly to minimize disruptions.- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain and repair audio-visual equipment to ensure all devices are in excellent working condition, thus extending their lifespan and reliability.- Collaboration: Work with other team members, including event planners and IT staff, to coordinate AV requirements and ensure everything aligns with client expectations.- Training: Train clients and staff on how to operate AV systems effectively, enabling them to use the equipment confidently during events.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Engineering, Arts, Business, or related fields. A minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of AV experience is essential. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical skills in audio-visual technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The role requires a male candidate who is willing to work full time from the office.

Key Responsibilities Configure, operate, and maintain video conferencing systems and related hardware/software. Schedule and manage virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events. Provide real-time technical support during video conferences. Ensure optimal audio-visual quality and connectivity. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate video conferencing tools with existing platforms. Train employees on best practices for using video conferencing tools. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or patches as needed.________________________________________Required Skills Strong knowledge of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.). 6+ years experience with audio-visual design, engineering, and architecture CTS-D certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Having AVIXA CTS certification and CTS-D certification added advantage Background of AV design knowledge across all room and space types Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present your work to all levels of our organization Extensive experience working with AV technologies such as Poly. Ability to read, create or edit AV design drawings.
