1. Execution and implementation of vision and mission of the College by implementing action-oriented viable strategies, policies and programs for the development of the college, and optimum utilization of available resources.

2. Assisting principal in the

a) Management, maintenance, and control of all the academic, financial, HR and administrative operations

b) Development of academic environment, promotion of harmonious work relationships within the college and with all the external agencies, including affiliating universities and regulatory bodies

c) Realization of academic excellence through promotion of teaching-learning practices, development of innovative student-oriented pedagogies and their smooth implementation

d) Development of new academic programs keeping in view the evolving needs of students & society

e) Development and growth of academic and operational excellence, ensuring adequate facilities, and promotion of human resources by setting up a center for Excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. A Masters Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) by a recognized University.

2. A . Degree (Preferable) in concerned/allied/relevant discipline(s) in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidance.

3. Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.

4. 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position or minimum as Associate Professor in University/College of Repute

5. Taking leadership roles on special projects as a team member or team leader (., accreditations and reaccreditation of courses) such as NAAC, etc.
