Urgent Requirement For Utility Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead operation and maintenance of all Utility & Facility equipment

• Ensure uninterrupted utility & facility backup to production

• Execute Utility, Facility & Infrastructure projects

• Drive energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives

• Conduct technical training for Utility & Facility technicians

• Manage and renew AMC contracts

• Control Utility, Facility & Infrastructure maintenance costs

• Ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements

• Act as 5S Zone Owner

• Develop and manage vendors for Utility, Facility & Infrastructure requirements

• Ensure all applicable statutory and government compliance

• Provide support for other Utility, Facility & Infrastructure-related activities

⭐ Candidate Requirements

✅ Currently working at Manager level

✅ Strong background specifically in Utilities & Facilities

✅ Utilities/Facilities experience is mandatory; general Maintenance profiles are not preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of Government/Statutory compliance requirements

✅ Candidate should be from Bengal

✅ Good command of Bengali language
