preventive maintenance: perform routine maintenance on utility equipment, including hvac systems, chillers, cooling towers, dg sets, and pumps.

breakdown maintenance: respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.

troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve technical issues related to utility systems.

energy efficiency: implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.

safety compliance: adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

record keeping: maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.

collaboration: work with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
