Job Position US IT Recruiters/Marketer
Time: to ( Monday to Friday)
Role & Responsibilities
Must have good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process.
A qualified candidate must have understanding of US visa(OPT,CPT,H1B,GC and more) and tax tearm(W2,C2C,1099)
Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing.
Must have good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a good team player and result driven.
