**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Talent Sourcing:** Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- **Resume Screening:** Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who match the requirements of open positions.

- **Interview Coordination:** Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.

- **Client Communication:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on recruitment progress, ensuring alignment with their expectations.

- **Candidate Management:** Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and keeping them informed about their application status.
