Position: JR/SR/Lead /US IT Recruiter

Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate

Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (India time) (Monday to Friday). EST Sat & Sun are fixed off.

Salary: Market based + Recurrent Incentives (Highest among Industry)

Work: WFH & WFO (Women Employees Only) available

Job & responsibilities: -

· A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with 1 to 8 years’ experience on US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.

• Should have experience in US Staffing before.

• Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills

• Hands on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter

• Dynamic and result-oriented individual.

• Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.

• Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.

• Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients and implementation partners.

• Proficient in using online tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.

• Working experience with W2, 1099 and Corp2corp Candidates.

• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
