o source and recruit qualified it professionals utilizing various tools, such as internal databases, social media, advanced internet search, referral networks, networking opportunities, internet job boards, etc.
o contribute in capturing top it talent for enterprise clients
o ability to understand and capture client specific requirements
o maintain communications with prospective/working consultants to ensure customer satisfaction and develop business relationships
o work efficiently with sourcing channels, developing best win-strategies to accomplish fulfillment goals
o learn technology concepts quickly, relate directly to client needs and use as a template for sourcing or recruiting the perfect consultant match
o develop themselves and others in an ever-changing technological environment
o be self-motivated to learn and improve on a daily basis, have strong internal drive for achievement and success
