Position               : US IT Recruitment - Team Leader

Experience          : 6- 8 years in US IT Recruitment

CTC                      :  8-10 Lpa

Location               : Bangalore

Notice                : Immediate – 15 days Max

Education            : BSC/BCA/ (Technical Knowledge)

Job Description:

ï‚·Minimum 6 years or above experience in US IT Recruitments

ï‚·Minimum 2 years experience in leading US IT Recruitment Team with 4 or above members

ï‚·Minimum 2 years experience in training team members in US IT Recruitments

ï‚·Minimum 2 years experience with VMS portals and ATS portals

ï‚·Minimum 1+ year experience in client handling and client coordination

ï‚·Direct Client Hiring, experience in W2 hiring, experience in handling Niche Skills ( Mulesoft, Salesforce, PowerBI, AWS, AZURE - if they have canada / mexico hiring its a huge plus Should be active in technology groups / networking sites

ï‚·should have good network in LI, good consultant networking database, strong communication, strong in searching candidates in social networking sites

ï‚·Currently hands-on with US IT Recruitments

ï‚·Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word etc.
