we are seeking a dynamic and experienced us it recruiter to join our fast-growing talent acquisition team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top it professionals for our clients across the united states.
key responsibilities
handle end-to-end recruitment for us-based it clients.
source candidates using job boards (dice, monster, careerbuilder, indeed, linkedin, etc.).
screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status (us citizens, gc holders, h1b, opt, cpt, etc.).
coordinate interviews and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
negotiate compensation rates and finalize offers.
maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
required skills & qualifications
bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in us it recruitment (bench sales experience is a plus).
strong understanding of us work visas (h1b, gc, opt, tn, etc.).
excellent communication and negotiation skills.
proficiency in ms office and applicant tracking systems (ats).
ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
preferred qualifications
experience working with us clients in consulting or staffing firms.
knowledge of current market trends and emerging technologies in it.
flexible to work in us time zones (est/cst/pst).
