JOB OVERVIEW: We have several openings for US IT (technical) and NON-IT (non-technical) recruiters. Any graduate or above is eligible to apply for this job.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

End-to-end recruitment for the IT and non-IT industries

Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.

Handling the entire recruitment cycle for IT and non-IT

Using all job portals in the recruitment industry.

Referencing and mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures.

Negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out.

Arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates.

Mass mailing and job posting to receive the maximum resume for the various profiles.

Maintaining an internal database for future references
