duties and responsibilities:

• end-to-end recruitment for the it and non-it industries

• recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.

• handling the entire recruitment cycle for it and non-it

• using all job portals in the recruitment industry.

• referencing and mapping with the candidates for the urgent closures.

• negotiating with the candidate if required after the offer rolls out.

• arranging the telephonic interview with the candidates.

• mass mailing and job posting to receive the maximum resume for the various profiles.

• maintaining an internal database for future references
