Hiring Freshers || Educational Counsellor

The role includes helping students understand the exam pattern, choosing optional subjects, creating study plans, and resolving academic or preparation-related doubts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counselling sessions to UPSC aspirants (Prelims, Mains, and Interview stages).

Guide students in selecting the right optional subject based on their background and strengths.

Explain the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, preparation strategy, and study resources.

Conduct orientation sessions, demo counselling, and follow-ups with leads.

Track student progress and help them create weekly/monthly study plans.

Address doubts related to preparation, time management, and answer writing.
