Content Preparation & Delivery
â— Course Development: Design and develop lecture materials & assignments.
â— Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, conduct discussions, and facilitate interactive learning experiences for students.
â— Quality Focus: Make sure every student becomes industry-ready by providing high-quality education to the students facilitating them to better placement.
Evaluation, Collaboration & Management
â— Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through projects, exams, viva, and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to aid in student development.
â— Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring discipline and adherence to institution policies.
â— Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field, attend workshops, expert sessions, community meet-ups and seminars, and continuously enhance teaching methodologies.
â— Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, attend faculty meetings, and actively participate in academic activities and institutional initiatives.
Reports & SOP Adherence
â— Compliance: Adhere to institutional policies, academic standards, and codes of conduct. Ensure fair and unbiased evaluation and grading.
â— Reporting Management: Maintain the Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system accurately & enter relevant data; update & submit periodic Reports and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
