Face-to-Face For UI UX Designer Jobs (Freshers)

A UI/UX Designer bridges the gap between human users and digital products (websites, apps, or software) by making them both functional (UX) and visually engaging (UI)

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitor analyses to identify pain points and user needs.

• Information Architecture & Flows: Build sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps to structure the product logically.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Sketch low-fidelity wireframes and build interactive high-fidelity prototypes.

• Visual Design: Design aesthetic, accessible, and responsive layouts that align with brand style guides and design systems.

• Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback or heatmaps, and refine designs based on real user behavior.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and front-end developers to hand off assets and ensure technical feasibility
