responsibilities

oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery

planning and developing web designs, templates, emailers, banner ads and landing page layouts

design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics

review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality

establishing design guidelines for the team members

refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

apply typography techniques

generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

requirements

bachelor's degree in visual communication or any other design related field.

proven work experience as a web graphic designer, web designer, visual designer or similar position in the design industry

a good portfolio of past design and creative projects.

expert with design software and editing tools

good command over design techniques and visual elements.

good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.

ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.

highly creative and detail-oriented individual

excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.

knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
