Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all site activities; eliminate road blocks to assure all turnaround/shutdown needs are
met;
• Audit turnaround/shutdown compliance with established execution procedures;
• Compile turnaround/shutdown team roles, as required by specific needs;
• Perform group feedback meetings;
• Coordinate with the clients for internal /external scope development needs;
• Coordinate all site and subcontractor work during turnaround/shutdown.
Qualification:
• Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate in related field;
• 5+ years experience in turnarounds/shutdowns;
• Must possess strong leadership skills as well as detailed knowledge of turnaround/shutdown
policies and procedures;
• Training in Industrial Relations is preferred;
• Knowledge of schedules, cost control procedures and structures, quality control/assurance
policies and procedures is required;
• Must possess general knowledge of client business
