Key Responsibilities
Manage international and domestic tour operations efficiency.
Plan, coordinate, and control tour operations while achieving business targets.
Prepare customized itineraries, costing, and tour packages for FITs, groups, and corporate clients.
Handle all travel arrangements including issuance of Air tickets, transport, hotel reservations, guides, and related services.
Maintain continuous follow-up with customers to ensure high service satisfaction.
Address guest complaints and suggestions professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
Accompany and assist VIP clients during tours when required.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners.
Identify and develop potential clients and business opportunities.
Prepare promotional materials including bulk emails, SMS campaigns, and sales support content.
Ensure timely collection of payments within agreed terms.
Work as a self-motivated team player with strong work ethics and positive attitude.
Support team building and contribute to operational efficiency
