we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced travel sales executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in selling travel products and services, and will be able to build and maintain relationships with clients.
responsibilities:
• develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
• communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• present and promote travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients.
• advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
• collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
• builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients.
• handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities.
