• flight bookings & ticketing
•should have good working knowledge on gds ( amadeus and galileo).
• arrange, describe & sell promotional travel incentives offer.
• making quotation, travel itineraries etc
• arranging flight bookings as per the travel itineraries in very effective and systematic manner to optimize time slots and priority.
• cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs etc.
• answering calls both in-bound and out-bounds.
• deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, cancellations, date change or refunds.
• follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
• keeping track on documentation, payments.
• follow the set sla and guidelines
• show great salesmanship by being able to manipulate the customers demand as per what we have available
• good communication skills and presentable
