Job Description:

Having excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good Knowledge of MS Excel and MS word.

Should know how to create the Cost Sheet and travel Itineraries.

Should have the destination knowledge of throughout India.

Keeping abreast information on current developments in the field on travel & tourism.

Exceptional ability to associate clients requirements & providing proper itinerary for traveling along with best quotation.

Ability to work with large team with full co-operation.

Maintaining relationship with service provider at all places of interest.

Having vast capacity to reply several queries related to travel product in peak season, keeping all records of transport, schedule of flight / train, reconfirming all hotels in advance.

To customize travel product according to special interest of customers.

Ability to motivate our team members so as to increase their efficiency level.

To make quick decision to solve travel related problems.

Maintaining relationship with principle suppliers and updating their contacts.

Ability to convert prospective into hot guest through regular follow up and conversations.

Ability to negotiate with hoteliers for best available rates .
