1. We have travel desk. You need to contact them for every official trip first.
2. Secondly, we have pre fixed hotels and there Resident Managers are directed to cooperate you for arrangements for stay and amenities etc. They always take best possible care of us and gives report to our company as well. You’ve to maintain post Covid hygiene during your stay at star hotels like ITC etc.
3. Third is your official papers, to be arranged accordingly, right from docketing to deliveries of letters, making schedule of meetings also a big task.
4. Collecting data or information of different clients is an important aspect.
5. Taking full care of your senior is your very vital task till completion of each and every journey.
