JOB DESCRIPTION

• This Process Deals Into End To End Airline Operation Handling, Customer Care Related Issues, Reservations, Web Site Support, Bulk Bookings Notification, Reissue, And Queues Management.

• Supporting Email Management For All Corporate And Travel Agent Queries.

• Good Understanding For Domestic/International Fares And GDS Commands. (Amadeus/ Galileo). Preferred Experience In Pricing, Selling And Booking Air Reservations In GDS.

• Promote Other Travel Related Services (VISA, Hotels, Travel Insurance, Holiday Packages etc.)

• Supporting The Team In Generating System or Portal Related Requirements.

• Ability To Prioritise Queries And Resolving Queries Within TAT

• Understanding And Anticipating Client Needs And Travel Preferences.

• Following Up With Existing Travel Queries Or Reservation From Agents.

• Looking For A Long Term Career In Travel Industry.
