Travel Consultant - Full Time - Freshers

As a Travel Consultant based in Guwahati, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This is a full-time office position, and we welcome freshers to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Consultation:** Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. You will listen to their needs to create personalized travel experiences that fit their expectations.

- **Travel Planning:** Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. Your goal will be to provide well-rounded travel options that cater to different budgets and tastes.

- **Booking Management:** Handle the booking of flights, hotels, and other travel services, ensuring all arrangements are accurate and confirmed. This involves attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure client satisfaction.

- **Problem Solving:** Address any travel-related issues or changes that may arise before or during a client’s trip. You will need to provide quick solutions to ensure a positive experience.

- **Market Research:** Stay updated on travel trends and new destinations. Being knowledgeable about the industry will help you make informed recommendations to clients.

For this role, you should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients. You should also be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Basic computer skills are required, and a passion for travel will enhance your ability to connect with clients and provide memorable travel experiences.
