Transport Data Entry Operator / Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily transport logs, trip sheets, and dispatch data in Excel.

Handle E-Way bill generation, LR (Lorry Receipt) entries, and vehicle ledger tracking.

Organate and analyze vehicle/freight data using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data filters.

Reconcile daily transport expenses, driver slips, and billings.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports for management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator / Transport Data Entry Operator to manage daily logistics entries, LR maintenance, and dispatch records. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel functions to handle daily reporting smoothly.
