Job Title : Transplant Coordinator

Location : Ghaziabad

Experience : 3 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities :

* Coordinate all aspects of the organ or tissue transplant process from evaluation through post-transplant follow-up.

* Assess and educate transplant candidates and their families about the transplant process, risks, benefits, medications, and lifestyle changes.

* Schedule and coordinate pre-transplant evaluations, diagnostic tests, and consultations with the multidisciplinary transplant team.

* Act as the primary point of contact for patients, families, physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers.

* Monitor patients' medical condition before and after transplantation and report significant changes to the transplant team.

* Ensure compatibility testing, laboratory investigations, and required documentation are completed accurately and on time.

* Coordinate organ procurement and transplantation logistics in collaboration with organ procurement organizations and surgical teams.

* Maintain compliance with hospital policies, national transplant regulations, and accreditation standards.
