We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Transcriptionist, you will play a crucial role in converting audio and video content into accurate written transcripts.

Responsibilities:

Transcribe audio and video recordings into written text with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Edit and format transcripts to ensure consistency and readability.

Ensure timely delivery of completed transcripts while adhering to project deadlines.

Collaborate with the team to clarify context, terminology, and specific requirements for transcription.

Review and self-check transcriptions to maintain quality and precision.

Handle potentially sensitive or confidential content with professionalism and discretion.

Adapt to varying audio qualities, accents, and dialects to produce clear and coherent transcripts.

Communicate any challenges or discrepancies in the audio for further clarification.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Transcriptionist, with a strong portfolio of relevant previous work and projects that demonstrate your transcription skills and accuracy.

Proficient in using transcription software and tools to enhance productivity.

Exceptional listening skills with the ability to comprehend various accents and audio qualities.

Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and language conventions.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering error-free transcripts.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Familiarity with a wide range of subjects and terminologies to ensure accurate transcription across diverse topics.

Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to work remotely.
