Job Description

key responsibilities (kras)

a. content development: design and develop iec-based training modules focused on clean energy significance, adoption awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, sales pitch, and digital tools (whatsapp pay, ondc). create general training content for targeted entrepreneurs and customized modules for active early adopters. continuously evaluate and refine training content based on feedback, adoption data, and performance outcomes.

b. training delivery & infrastructure: develop a scalable training infrastructure and implementation framework (physical + digital). prepare and execute general training programs for all targeted entrepreneurs and advanced training for early adopters. conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of training effectiveness, participation quality, and post-training performance.

key performance indicators (kpis)

• 100% completion of training modules reviewed and approved

• % of total entrepreneurs trained

• % of active entrepreneurs trained under customized modules.

• % of trained entrepreneurs initiating lead generation activities.

• % of trained entrepreneurs achieving measurable sales conversions.

• % of success stories of livelihood generation among trained entrepreneurs (income uplift, transaction logs, etc.).

skills & qualifications

• proactive with a passion for learning & applying innovative ideas at work.

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field.

• 3+ years of experience in training design and delivery — preferably in clean energy, livelihood, or entrepreneurship domains.

• proven experience in iec material development, content localization, and field-based training.

• understanding of digital platforms and tools (whatsapp business, ondc, crm systems).

• ability to translate technical content into practical, easy-to-understand learning modules.

• must be fluent in kannada (read, write, speak)

compensation structure

• fixed ctc: up to 55k per month

• variable: up to 25% incentive linked with business/project growth
