1. This is an initiative by the name of Employer of Choice from IB Group through which we look forward to train and provide an employment opportunity to the Diploma Poultry candidates .

2. The intention of the project is to provide a hands on training to the students to let them know about how a farm needs to operated with proper technical support to be provided to the farmers

3. Once the candidate decides they need to go through a training which is company sponsored for two months without taking any cost from the candidate . During this tenure of two months of training, the candidate will receive a stipend amount of 6000/- per month

4. Post to two months once they complete the evaluation successfully they will posted in our farms in UP

5. Kindly note that your placement will not be in your home town but near to the same

6. The first salary to be offered will be within 10,000- 15,000/- plus TA & DA to the candidate who will be responsible to handle a group of farms together in that location

7. Post observing your performance for first six months, we can revise the salary on the basis of your performance .
