Job Description

We are seeking a Tourism Operations Manager based in Bhopal with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage tourism activities, enhance customer experiences, and ensure smooth operations of tours and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Tour Planning and Coordination**: Design and organize tours according to client requirements. This includes researching destinations, arranging transportation, and managing accommodation.

2. **Customer Service**: Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations. Ensure that all their concerns are addressed promptly during their travel experience.

3. **Team Management**: Supervise a team of tour guides and support staff. Ensure that everyone is trained and equipped to deliver excellent service.

4. **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage budgets for tours and activities. Work to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

5. **Marketing and Promotion**: Assist in creating promotional materials and strategies to attract new customers. This includes using social media and other platforms to reach potential clients.

Requirements and Expectations:

The candidate should possess a graduate degree and have a keen interest in the tourism sector. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with clients and team members. An ability to problem-solve in dynamic situations is crucial. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to tourism management will be an advantage. The preference is for male candidates, and this is a full-time office-based role.
