Roles and Responsibilities
• Interacting with clients for all Domestic travel requirements over Call & Email.
• Determining clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel packages.
• Designing and Preparing Itineraries for Domestic Holiday packages for customers.
• A Customer driven, positive attitude with a proven passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Candidates from Travel Packages Sales (Holiday Packages) will be preferred the most.
• Achieve the assigned sales targets
• Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
• Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidates must have a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism and should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Must have Experience with Domestic holiday packages.
• Strong Destination Knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• We require a Full-Time Executive with knowledge of Domestic Destinations, Travel Packages.
• Having a passion for Sales and customer service is a must
• Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint
• Candidates from the travel / Airlines / Hospitality industry will be preferred
