Tour Planner - Nanpura Surat

. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare day-wise itineraries and tour plans based on customer requirements and tour objectives.

• Plan suitable travel dates, routes, travel timings and sightseeing sequences.

• Prepare tour budgets and costing, including hotels, transport, meals, sightseeing and other applicable expenses.

• Research and coordinate hotel, vehicle and other supplier options to support the planned itinerary.

• Prepare packages for group tours and customised tours, with clear inclusions and exclusions.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to confirm practical details, availability, pricing and customer requirements.

• Review itinerary and costing details for accuracy and update plans when requirements or rates change.
