We are looking for a skilled Tool & Die Maker to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience and a diploma in relevant fields. This full-time role requires working from the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Design and Create Tools:** Develop blueprints and designs for tools and dies using CAD software, ensuring precision for manufacturing processes.
- **Fabricate Components:** Use various machines and hand tools to construct and assemble tool parts, ensuring all specifications are met accurately.
- **Monitor Production Processes:** Oversee the production of dies and tools to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet quality standards.
- **Perform Maintenance:** Regularly inspect and maintain tools and dies to prolong their lifespan and efficiency, making repairs and adjustments as needed.
- **Collaborate with Engineers:** Work closely with design and engineering teams to provide input on tool design, helping to optimize manufacturing workflows.
