Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform CO2 and TIG welding operations according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

Prepare, align, and fit metal components before welding.

Interpret fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.

Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding parameters.

Inspect welded joints for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.

Repair or rework defective welds as required.

Use measuring instruments and welding tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.

Follow workplace safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
