Job Responsibilities

- Manage flight ticket booking, cancellation and rescheduling.

- Handle domestic and international air ticketing.

- Assist customers with fare, route and flight-related queries.

- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.

- Manage booking records, payments and documentation.

- Supervise ticketing staff and daily operations.

- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Key Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Knowledge of airline ticketing systems/GDS
