we have urgent openings for tsh - international business - delhi, noida(exp 7+ yrs) ahmedabad, chennai, hyderabad ,kolkata .

main accountabilities

 forecasting, planning and achievement of targets

 developing and nurturing new territories

 promoting business development activities by creating efficiencies, reports, and tools to maximize the sales

efforts

 plan sales calls activity with a view to maximize sales and convert customers

 have a target of key accounts and effectively establish air products/ services on focused trade lanes

 develop, strengthen and nourish the relationships with new and existing customers

 identify and analyze target market and the clients within the specified area or customer group

 set objectives for each product in line with the goals of the organization

 develop a sales forecast vis-a-vis market changes . budgets & achievement of the same.

 the candidate should be willing to travel extensively within the region every month.

qualification:

 education- ug/pg/ professional degree

 experience- total 07-12 years.

knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies:

 the candidate should be from international air/ sea/ freight cargo industry

 should have excellent communication/ interpersonal skills

 must have 7- 12 years of strong sales and customer acquisition exposure to international air/ sea/ freight

business

 sound understanding of freight forwarding business is a must

 should possess excellent customer relations abilities to convert them into life-time customer

 must know the strategies to expand business and explore new territories

 should have good experience of pricing for different international sectors

 must have managed teams along with the direct reportees
