We are looking for a motivated and friendly Tellecaller to join our team in Patna, India. As a tellcaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Make Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our offerings and gauge their interest. You will need to communicate clearly and effectively.

2. **Provide Information**: Answer questions from customers regarding our products or services. Understanding details well enough to convey accurate information is essential.

3. **Maintain Records**: Document calls and interactions, noting important details for future reference. Keeping organized records helps track customer responses and feedback.

4. **Support Sales Goals**: Work towards achieving daily or weekly targets set by management. Your enthusiasm and commitment to succeed will contribute to the overall team performance.

5. **Respond to Queries**: Address any inquiries or concerns raised by the customers during calls to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage well with customers. A pleasant phone manner is important, alongside the ability to listen actively. Basic computer knowledge is needed to manage call records and customer data. We expect a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Prior experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be male and have completed their 12th grade.
