We are hiring enthusiastic Inside Sales / Telesales Executives (Freshers) for selling resort holiday packages. The role involves handling outbound calls, explaining packages to customers, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data

Explain resort packages, offers, and benefits clearly

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable packages

Follow up with interested customers and close sales

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain basic call and sales records

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Fresher / Entry-level candidates welcome

Gender: Female candidates preferred

Education: Minimum 10+2 / PUC / Any Graduation

Language: Good communication in English & Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus)

Skills:

Basic communication & convincing skills

Willingness to learn sales techniques

Positive attitude & target-oriented mindset

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

Fixed Salary: 12,000 25,000 per month
